Please, please, please…. no showing of slides containing images of women in bikinis during seminar presentations.
That is all.
p.s. And no, it doesn’t improve things if you show a photo of a shirtless male model in the next slide. Just don’t go there…
YIKES
Ugh. No. Really? Just… no.
Wow.
Are you kidding me? Did anyone puke on their shoes?
doh! Tell me this wasn’t a faculty candidate…
head just hit desk….
good lord
you just can’t make that stuff up. wow! please tell me that this was a student and that the mentor was mortified…..
“you just can’t make that stuff up. ”
No, you can’t.
wow. seminar FAIL. big-time
Hahaha. Let me guess, was he also reading his slides verbatim? Were the slides black background and neon yellow writing too?
I think I’ve seen this seminar before.
We had a seminar speaker do that – used a picture of a scantily clad woman when he discussed the model used in his research. He then had a picture for the women in the audience – which was a hairy man with a beer gut. Seriously!?!? Both were very unprofessional and insulting to all in the audience.
